Time and Date：9 a.m. – 6 p.m., March 9 – 15, 2020
C. Exhibit Setup Timetable
Heavy machineries and vehicles allowed：9 a.m. – 6 p.m., March 2-4, 2020
Exhibit Setup：9 a.m. – 9 p.m., March 5-7, 2020
Exhibit setup must be completed in the allotted time. Exhibitors must assure to remove all set up trash before 9 p.m. on March 7
D. Landscape Layout Notice
Exhibitors must email their display layout to before January 10, 2020
Each exhibitor must have at least one registered and paid representative.
Except orchids, other plants with conspicuous blossoms or artificial flowers cannot be used in exhibits.
Foliage plants and ornaments can be used in the exhibits as decorations.
Exhibit setup must be completed on time (by 9 p.m. March 7). Subsidy of any kind will not be provided to the entities that violate this rule.

E. Exhibit Removal Timetable
6:30 p.m. – 9 p.m., March 15, 2020
9 a.m. – 4 p.m., March 16, 2020
9 a.m. – 5 p.m., March 17-20, 2020 (heavy machineries and vehicles may be used for clearance)
All goods in display areas must be completely removed during the specifically assigned time period. In addition, valuable goods should be removed before 4 p.m. on March 16. WOC and TOGA assume no custodial responsibilities for what are left in the area.
